Core Return

Thank you for choosing Exclusively Hybrid. Please follow the instructions below to safely pack your old battery core and request a UPS return label.

Packing Instructions

Before unpacking your replacement battery, take a clear photo of how it is positioned and secured inside the box. This will help you repack the old battery core correctly for return shipping.

Please use the same shipping box and packing materials whenever possible.

1. Carefully remove the replacement battery from the box.
2. Attach the railings that came with the replacement battery to the old battery core.
3. Place the old battery core into the box in the same position and direction as the replacement battery.
4. Use the original packing materials to secure the battery and prevent movement during shipping.
5. Make sure the battery is packed tightly and safely.
6. Securely close and tape the box.

Proper packing helps prevent shipping damage, allows your return to be processed smoothly, and helps avoid deductions from your core deposit.

The battery core must be returned within 30 days from the date the replacement battery is received to qualify for a full core deposit refund.

Requesting a Return Label

Before shipping the core back, please email office@exclusivelyhybrid.com and include the following:

1. Put “Return Label Request” in the email subject line.
2. Include your order or invoice number in either the email subject line or email body. You can find this number on your purchase receipt.
3. Attach a clear photo of the vehicle odometer showing the current mileage.

Once we receive your email, UPS will send you a follow-up email with a link to your return shipping label. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing.

Please note that Exclusively Hybrid does not schedule or cover UPS pickups. You may either drop the package off at an authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup directly with UPS using the tracking number.
